Game Boy

The standard Game Boy game cartridge carries its own hardware code, DMG-09, though it is hardly known. The number does not appear on the cartridges themselves, but some games print the DMG number on the box, such as Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3, and Nintendo lists it as well.
