This is the 1992 seven-inch single of Tetris by Doctor Spin, a novelty dance record built on the most famous tune in the Game Boy version of Tetris, itself the Russian folk song Korobeiniki. The B-side is Play Game Boy. The UK pressing on Carpet Records carries catalogue number CRPT 4.

Doctor Spin was a pseudonym for the composer Andrew Lloyd Webber and the record producer Nigel Wright. The single reached number six on the UK Singles Chart, a striking placing for a track named after a handheld puzzle game and a sign of how far the Game Boy had reached into mainstream pop culture. It joins the collection's other Game Boy-inspired music, including the Ambassadors of Funk / MC Mario CD and the Technician 2 vinyl.
