An original 1989 Game Boy (DMG-01) rebuilt by RetroSix into a maxed-out custom console: a hand-cast reproduction shell with custom buttons, a CleanJuice USB-C rechargeable battery, a CleanPower regulator, a CleanAmp audio upgrade with a stronger speaker, and a backlit IPS display behind real tempered glass. It still plays original Game Boy cartridges on the original hardware. Built by Luke Malpass of RetroSix and given to the museum, credited to RetroSix.
